By creating an account or using DBSDESK you agree to these terms with Digi Biz Solutions.
Use of the service
- You must be authorised to send messages to your contacts and comply with WhatsApp Business policies.
- No spam, unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew at the chosen interval. Free plan is limited to 10 messages per month for evaluation. Quota and feature limits are defined per plan and may be updated with notice.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, breach WhatsApp policies or have unpaid invoices.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pondicherry shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
